The building blocks behind FLAIMS: job architecture, Stewards, Core Jobs and the templates you use to cut them in your company.
A blueprint is a hypothesis as long as it has not been put into practice. These are being tested in practice, with everything that goes wrong along the way and gets corrected. They describe how a company divides its work into jobs: who sets the frame, who answers for what, who may decide what. And they need no new hierarchy, because they order tasks and not people.
Job architecture
Four levels: Steward, Anchor Core Job, Core Job, Joblet. Frame and execution cleanly separated, accountability flat.
Stewards
Six design roles, one per letter. They set guardrails and lead nobody.
Core Jobs
The smallest complete unit of responsibility, with decision rights and a name.
Templates
The fields used to describe and ratify Stewards and Core Jobs, exactly as the model sets them out.
