Privacy Policy
Last updated: December 2026. This policy applies to the website flaims.com and follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The future parent company of the FLAIMS project is responsible for the data processing on this website:
Beyond Experts AG
Zugerstrasse 32, 6340 Baar, Schweiz
CHE-356.538.508
Contact for data protection matters: Samuel Zürcher, szu@expertsinside.com
Users from the EU/EEA may also contact this address directly to exercise their rights.
2. Principles
We process personal data exclusively in line with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and integrity and confidentiality. Processing is carried out either with consent, to perform a contract, to fulfil legal obligations or based on a legitimate interest in a secure and useful website.
3. Access data (server logs)
When you access the website, technical access data is processed (in particular IP address, time, page requested, user agent, referrer). This data is required to deliver the website reliably, to detect abuse and to ensure the security of the infrastructure. The legal basis is Art. 31(2)(c) and (d) FADP and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are usually deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 30 days.
4. Contact and waitlist form
When you use our contact or waitlist form, we process the data you provide (in particular name, email, company, message) in order to respond to your enquiry, inform you about the FLAIMS beta and, if applicable, arrange a free initial consultation. The legal basis is your consent and the initiation of a possible contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR, Art. 31 FADP). Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Newsletter and external tools
For sending newsletters and scheduling appointments we may use specialised providers (e.g. mailing providers, calendar tools). Subscription and unsubscription are voluntary; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message or by emailing the address above. Where data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the EU, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards (in particular EU standard contractual clauses with Swiss addenda).
6. Hosting and processors
This website is operated on cloud infrastructure provided by specialised providers (in particular hosting and CDN providers such as Cloudflare and Lovable Cloud / Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where necessary, transfers to third countries are safeguarded on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses and equivalent Swiss mechanisms.
7. Analytics and reach measurement
To improve our website we use privacy-friendly analytics tools. We aim to rely exclusively on solutions that work without cookies and without personal identification of individual users (e.g. aggregated reach statistics). Should we use tools with more extensive processing in the future, we will obtain your consent via an appropriate notice.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and comparable storage mechanisms where this is required to operate the website (e.g. language selection). Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You can control the storage of cookies at any time via your browser settings.
9. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and in the EU with the relevant national authority.
10. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. These include end-to-end transport encryption (TLS), access controls and ongoing security monitoring.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy whenever the legal framework, the tools we use or our processing activities change. The current version is always available at this URL.
