FLAIMS is not a consulting product. It is an operating system, and the company built to deploy it.
From practice, to framework, to company
FLAIMS grew out of years of practice inside Experts Inside, the operating company of Beyond Experts AG. Every pillar was developed and refined in practice inside Experts Inside before it was named. FLAIMS GmbH (in formation) is being set up to bring this system to organisations beyond our own.
